Hempcrete homes are long lasting. The average home is 50-100 years where as hempcrete has a lifespan of 300 - 500 years.

Hemp building materials weigh approximately 7x less than traditional concrete, making them easier to work with, reducing transportation costs, and providing seismic-resistant properties.

Hempcrete can be cast into various shapes or used side by side with other building materials, allowing for versatile architectural design patterns that perform well under various conditions.

Being entirely biodegradable all materials are 100% recycleable and can be repurposed in new hempcrete mixtures, reducing the stress on the environment

Hemp building materials offer excellent self-regulating insulation, efficiently managing heating and cooling, which substantially lowers energy costs. For example, a traditional double clay brick wall with an air gap and 8 cm of cork insulation achieves only about 75% of the thermal insulation provided by a single 30 cm hemp block wall.
